Visionary leader and founder of AWOG. Shirley leads the organization’s mission, outreach initiatives, women’s empowerment programs, partnerships, and community events. She is passionate about inspiring women to walk in faith, healing, confidence, and purpose. - Reka Williams
Helps oversee organizational operations, program coordination, event planning, and community engagement efforts. Reka plays a key role in ensuring AWOG programs and outreach initiatives run effectively. - Dawn Coppage
Provides administrative support, organizational coordination, communication assistance, and helps maintain smooth daily operations for events and programs.

Authentic Women Of God focuses on helping women discover their God-given purpose, walk in confidence, and overcome life’s challenges through faith-based support and empowerment programs. The ministry believes in encouraging women from all walks of life to embrace healing, strength, leadership, and authenticity.

Since its establishment, AWOG has participated in and organized numerous community outreach initiatives throughout North Carolina, especially in the Roanoke Rapids and surrounding areas. Programs and events have included:

- Breast cancer awareness support events
- Domestic violence awareness and prevention workshops

- Holiday toy giveaways and back-to-school drives
